If I wanted to get into an Ivy League school, what are the thing that I should or should not have?  I know that grades help in getting in to Ivy League schools but is that the only factor?  Does it help to come from a prominent or influential family in my town?  Is money a factor or is academic merit a bigger factor to get accepted?
