I really want to go to college after I finish high school.  One problem that I have is college money and I don't have enough saved. I still haven't decided which school to go to and what course to take.  I wanted to find out first what universities or states offer a substantial amount of financial aid fo their students before I choose a course and a university.

Are there universities that give more aid compared to others? Or can I get aid from the local state? And would it depend on the course that I take?
