Lipo 6 Black is a good energy enhancer and it helps with appetite control somewhat, although I had problems keeping it under control in the evening hours. I don't like taking liquid caps because the "liquid" is oil, which I don't like putting into my body, but other than that, it is a good choice for someone looking to lose a few pounds as it contains a little Advantra Z®. This is another product that conceals their ingredient amounts so we don't know what is actually in the product or what we are paying for, but it does contain too much caffeine in my opinion.

This is a good stimulant formula that has several energy enhancers. It is made by another manufacturer that hides the actual ingredient amounts, so we do not know what we are getting for the money. I do not like that the formula contains Uva Ursi and Dandelion as these are two strong diuretics which will make you lose water weight while taking the product. Diuretics can make consumers feel they had genuine weight loss when in reality they only lost water weight that will be regained as soon as they stop taking the diuretics.
