I have fair skin but I have some freckles on my face.  I also have dark hair and eyebrows.  I learned in school that melanin is the one responsible for the color of my hair skin and other parts of my body. Since I have fair skin does that mean that I generally have less melanin on my skin and more on my hair and eyebrows since they are dark?  What about the freckels on my face?
