Beginners should start the routine gradually and slowly build up to more weights overtime. As soon as the tendons, muscles and ligaments are acclimated, weights can be increased by 10 percent at a time. The inability to complete the twelfth repetition is a good way to gauge whether a weight is appropriate for oneÕs work out. Finally, adequate rest between bodybuilding or weight lifting sessions will enable the muscles to recuperate.
