Breed Description
The Alano Español or Spanish Bulldog is a large healthy dog with origins traced from Molossia. Its characteristically primitive appearance is in accordance with its physiology to run at high speeds for extended periods of time. The Spanish Bulldog is well proportioned to its body structure. The rib cage is arched and not cylindrical, the chest extends to its level elbows.
