Watch what you eat. Do not eat too much or too little. You are eating for three so you need to eat more, but you want to make sure that you are eating healthy for both you and the babies benefits.

Drink lots of water. Dehydration can induce early labor.
Do not soak in the hot tub because it raises your core temperature and is equivalent to having a fever and is linked to miscarriages and birth defects.
Rest as much as possible. Your body is working hard to support you and your babies so you are going to be tired much easier than before. Make sure to get enough sleep and to relax anytime you get the chance.
Be aware of changes in your body. Having twins or multiples increases the likelihood of preterm labor so pay attention if your body shows signs of going into labor.
Get volunteers. Once the babies are here, you are going to be very busy so talk to family and friends beforehand to schedule some time for them to help you out. It will make your life easier and will give you something to look forward to.
Connect with other families, especially other families that have multiples. They can give you valuable advice and reassure you when the stress seems overbearing.
